The
DVD will therefore contain 3 sections totalling approximately 69 minutes with
one menu selection screen. Selecting a menu option will go directly to the
chapter point required and continue playing to the end of the DVD. Pressing
the menu button on your remote control will return to the menu. The
menu will look something like this (plain text on a black background). |

Sophisticated
video editing services are available to enhance your final DVD. Some
options you might want to consider include adding transitional effects
between scenes (e.g. fade-in & fade-out), cropping frames, adding tints
to the video image, boosting/lowering audio levels, cutting and pasting

Copyright: MakeItDigital will not duplicate
any material that is copyright protected. By signing this form you declare
copyright ownership of the material being submitted. We further reserve the
right to decline services to anybody submitting material which we believe to
contain illegal acts. 2)
DVD/CD Format Compatibility: It is your responsibility to check
if the player you will be using can play DVD-R or CDR format discs. Check
with your user manual, on contact the manufacturer as to your players
capabilities. The internet website http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers.php can provide a guide, or you can email us at makeitdigital@netspace.net.au providing both
the player brand and model number. 3)
Quality: The quality of DVD/CD produced
will be the highest possible, but is dependant on the quality of the original
source. Imperfections on the source will be evident on the DVD/CD duplicate.
Long play VHS recordings will have a lower picture quality than a short play
VHS recording. Duplicating the source onto DVD will not increase the quality
from the original. Because fitting more minutes of footage onto a DVD
increases the compression required, we do not recommend more than 100 minutes
per DVD if possible. 4)
Payment: Payments can be made by cheque,
money order, or direct bank deposit and are non-refundable. Processing of
your order will not begin until full payment is made and cheques cleared. 5)
Liability: It is recommended that valuable
material should be copied prior to delivery. We will ensure that all care is
taken in our handling and processing of your videos and discs, however no
liability will be taken for their loss or damage. 6)
Postage & Delivery: All deliveries will be made via
Australia Post. 7)
Return of original material: Original material will be
returned with the new DVD/CD. In order to reduce postage charges you may
choose to have the originals destroyed. If this is desired then we will
retain the originals for 6 weeks after postage of the new material. Following
this time period the originals will be destroyed without notice. 8)
Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to alter or
change these Terms and Conditions without notice. Price lists are effective
at time of publication and are subject to change without notice. 9)
